I used Close To My Heart's City Sidewalks Paper Packet.
To embellish the shaker tag, I used CTMH's Heart Thin Cuts, CTMH's White Twine, Cartwright's 3mm Moonshine Sequins, Miscellaneous Teal Sequins and MFT's Stitched Jumbo Fishtail Banner Die Stax.
I used CTMH's Happiest Holidays & Holiday Tags (discontinued) stamp sets with CTMH's Pacifica ink.
To make the shaker part of the tag, I used CTMH's 3D Foam Tape with an old page protector for the window opening.
