I used Close To My Heart's Confetti Wishes Paper Packet (discontinued) and CTMH's Paper Fundamentals Whimsy - Thistle with CTMH Pacifica cardstock.
To embellish the 8 x 8 layout, I used a Marvy Balloon Punch, We R Memory Keepers Baker's Twine, Michaels Enamel Dots and We R Memory Keepers Arrow Cutting Dies.
