Enjoy Eye Chart Card


I used CTMH's Chantilly Paper Packet with CTMH's Slate & Twilight cardstock.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH brads, CTMH ribbon and the zig zag stitch was done on my sewing machine with off white thread from my stash. 

I used CTMH's Card Chatter - Focus on the Little Things & Just a Number stamps sets with CTMH Slate ink.
