Crop & Create Challenge #1 - Pink Christmas

Wow! What a Fabulous Weekend I had with my girlfriends at the Crop & Create Thunder Bay.

We created, we shopped, we talked, we laughed and we all had a fabulous time.

I took this weekend getaway for myself and decided to take in the whole experience of the Crop & Create. For me, that meant signing up for at least one workshop & participating in as many of their challenges as possible.

One of their challenges was called The Colour Suite and if you take a look at the photo below, you can see where I got my inspiration from.

Also, Jingle Belles has a challenge going that I was able to incorporate into this card. For every Christmas Card submitted with pink in it, the ladies at Jingle Belles are going to donate $4.00 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer.

I used patterned papers from Doodle Bug's Flower Box 6 x 6 Paper Pad and Simple Stories Vintage Bliss 6 x 6 Paper Pad with CTMH Colonial White Cardstock & Stampin' Up Baked Brown Sugar Cardstock.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH's Sparkle Holiday Shapes, CTMH Black Sparkles and MFT Twine. I also used my CTMH Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge to cut out the trees & the pennants.

I used CTMH's All the Details & Frosted Card Making Workshop stamp sets with CTMH Black Ink.
