I used Close To My Heart's Sorbet, Flaxen & Black cardstocks.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH's Chalk It Up 3 x 4 Picture My Life Cards, CTMH's Chalk It Up Assortment, CTMH's Corner Rounder, CTMH's Dot Embossing Folder and CTMH's Mini Stapler.

I used CTMH's You Mean the World To Me and Just to Say...stamp sets with CTMH Black ink.
