I used Close To My Heart's Ruby, New England Ivy & Desert Sand cardstocks.

To embellish my 4 inch tag, I used CTMH's Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridges for the tags (4" & 1"), CTMH's Artistry Cricut Cartridge for the 3" buck, Carta Bella Enamel Dots, Stampin' Up Ribbon and embroidery floss from my stash.

I used CTMH's Holiday Tags stamp set and Unity's Gurnsey Gingham stamp set with CTMH Black ink.
