Donna's Warm Wishes Wednesday - Post #16

I used Close To My Heart's Nevermore Paper Packet with CTMH's Sunset and Black cardstocks.

To embellish the tag, I used CTMH's Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge to cut out the tag, Stampin' Up Ribbon and black embroidery floss from my stash.

I used CTMH's Pumpkin Chevron and Charming Cascades stamp sets with CTMH Black ink.
