Welcome to the DAT'S Designing Divas First Challenge
& Blog Hop!
Our first challenge is to create a layout, card or altered item with a scrapbooking theme.
We hope you can share your project with us by Monday, April 30, 2012 at the DAT'S Designing Divas Blog.
If you have come to my blog from the DAT'S Designing Divas Blog to join in the fun of the Blog Hop, you are on the right track.
I am the first blog on the hop & my special word is "DAT'S". To participate to have a chance of winning the blog hop prize, you must leave a comment on my post and continue to the next blog to collect their special word.
After you have collected all 8 words in order, you must go back to the DAT'S Designing Divas Blog to post your 8 word sentence in the comment section by midnight on Monday, April 16, 2012 to qualify for the prize. Good luck & Happy Hopping!
The next blog on the hop is my daughter Amy.
I used BoBunny Et Cetera Extra & Stamped two-sided patterned papers with Bazzill Brown cardstock.
To embellish the card, I used a Maya Road Vintage Pearl Stick Pin & I coloured it with the E53 Copic Marker to give it a creamy colour. I also used American Crafts Caramel Organza Ribbon, Canvas Corp Burlap Sheet for the twine and buttons from Fabricland.
I used the Petite Ovals Small Nestabilities and the Zutter Distrezz-it-All to rough up the edges of my patterned papers.
The front sentiment is from Kraftin' Kimmie's Krafty Quotes #2 stamp set, the sentiments on the inside of the card are from CTMH's Ms. Scrapbook stamp set and the scrapbooking images on the inside of the card are from Elzybells Art Stamps Stamp & Scrap stamp set.
Donna lovely card, and a nice variety of materials. It always amazes me the things you can use to make such a lovely card or page.
