Birthday Card - April Stamp of the Month

I used Close to My Heart's Jackson Paper Packet with CTMH Cocoa cardstock.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH's Mini Stapler & a miscellaneous border punch.

I used CTMH's April Stamp of the Month - Typed Note with CTMH Cocoa ink.

Karen's High Five Birthday Card

Happy Birthday Karen!

My friend, Karen, is always teasing me about my cards and how she just gives out holiday and birthday high fives.

So, I traced out my 3 year old son's hand, put it on an action wobble and made her my style of a High Five Birthday Card with matching envelope.

I used Close to My Heart's Blossom Paper Packet with CTMH's Sweet Leaf cardstock.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH's Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge to cut out the title "HIGH FIVE", the zig zag stitch on my sewing machine, Action Wobble and I traced my son's hand.

I used CTMH's You Mean the World To Me stamp set with CTMH Slate ink.

To embellish the card I used My Favorite Things Pierced Circle Stax Dies.

I used CTMH's You Mean the World to Me stamp set with CTMH Slate ink.

This week at Color My Heart Challenge Blog our Color Dare #134 is to use Close to My Heart Colors: Cotton Candy, Olive, Lagoon, Black & White Daisy. 

I used Close to My Heart's Lagoon, Cotton Candy, Olive, Black & White Daisy cardstocks.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH's Black Mini Medley Accents Collection - Sequins, CTMH's Marvy Uchida LePen Journaling Pen, Spellbinders Circle Nestabilities and My Favorite Things Pierced Circle Stax Dies.

I used CTMH's Have A Happy Day, Dizzy Circles & Just to Say... stamp sets with CTMH Cotton Candy, Olive, Lagoon & Black inks.

I used Close to My Heart's Jubilee (discontinued) Paper Packet with CTMH Colonial White, Canary & Indian Corn Blue cardstocks.

To embellish the card, I used CTMH's Scalloped Border Punch, Spellbinders' Oval Nestabilities and the zig zag stitch on my sewing machine.

I used CTMH's Easter Eggs (discontinued) and Holiday Hoopla (discontinued) stamp sets with CTMH Indian Corn Blue, Canary & Honey inks.

Donna's Terrific Tag Tuesday - Post #5

This is one of the prize packages that I gave away at my crop this past weekend. The burlap bag was filled with ribbon, baker's twine and buttons. This prize was for the Christmas Card Draw.

I used Close to My Heart's Snowhaven Paper Packet with CTMH's Glacier & Cranberry cardstocks.

To make my 3.25 x 4.5 inch tag, I used CTMH's Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge for the "enjoy" die-cut card, CTMH's Artiste Cricut Cartridge for the trees and a Signo White pen for the faux stitching.

I pinned the tag onto the burlap bag with a safety pin.

On the front cover of Close to My Heart's New Seasonal Expressions 2 Mini Catalogue they have a basket of paper strawberries.

To help promote the New Catty at my crop this past weekend, I made each crop participant a paper paper strawberry with a Caramel Hersey Kiss inside.

I used CTMH's Heartstrings Paper Packet with CTMH's Basics Paper Fundamentals - Adventure Assortment - Pear cardstock.

To make the strawberry, I used CTMH's Artiste Cricut Cartridge and cut the die-cut out at 2.75 inches (this allowed me to cut 6 strawberries from one sheet of paper and 24 strawberry tops from one sheet of paper), I used a miscellaneous brad to put the strawberry together and a CTMH White Enamel Star.

The large strawberry in the photo was cut out at 5.5 inches.
